Overall Satisfaction with Zoom Workplace
I my current organization, I use Zoom Workplace mostly for collaboration and productivity purposes, including online meetings, chat, documentation collaboration and whiteboard. Effective collaboration is always a challange, specially in the case of remote teams, and that is where Zoom Workplace proved to be effective tool for me and my team members.
Pros
- Online Meetings
- Rooms is one of the best functionality that I uses most of the time when I have to divide my audience into saperate group
- Zoom Workplace docs is anther tool that proves to be perfect to create the content of meeting discussion into actionable documents
Cons
- I am seeking a Zoom app, not the standard app only for scheduling meetings, but for a copilot kind of app where we can colloborate in real time.
- We have major cost saving via Zoom Workplace
- Colloboration, and so does the productivity, skyrocketed by the use of Zoom
We really missed the AI companion like the copilot in MS Teams in start, and thank God we now have the same capability in Zoom as a Zoom AI Companion. Now I and my team use it to create summary, action points on top of the discussion that we have in meeting.
We use Zoom Workplace because of the cost.
