Overall Satisfaction with Zoom Workplace
we use Zoom Workplace as our main online meetings. the only problem that I faced is that I have 2 screens and the meeting is duplicate on both of the screen instead of just one
Pros
- quality of audio and video
- secured - it's very important for every organization
- can connect apps and workflow that collaboration will be better
Cons
- more various of apps , like a market place
- move AI involved and suggestions
- improve collaboration between my team and other teams
- watch recorded Zoom for person who missed the important meeting
- analyze the zoom meeting for analyze it later and makes improvements on online meeting
we are not using Zoom AI Companion at the moment
on Teams there's a limitation on how many people join , in Zoom we don't see it and it works perfect
