Overall Satisfaction with Zoom Workplace

We use it to conduct business and internal meetings and to connect with people overseas. I'm also an admin for Zoom Workplace, so it helps me create, delete, or modify users. We also use the website to purchase more licenses. My scope is broad.

We do not use it yet, but I am learning up on it to train the end users here.
Zooms overall layout is far better than others. User friendly and the options/settings are placed in a methodical way. Also, the ease of use between devices is good, going from computer to phone and vice versa is easy.

It is well suited for older users, as they have been used to using it since COVID-19. It is less appropriate to use from home, as you risk someone in the meeting seeing or hearing something they shouldn't. I also think it is relevant to show large groups of people presentations and videos through screen share.

Ease of use was the most important because we have clients that we need to meet with every day. If they are not able to use the products or find it difficult, this would make them consider taking our business elsewhere. We needed the interface to be user friendly and the controls easy to find and use.
