Overall Satisfaction with Zoom Workplace

We have many virtual meetings and training sessions with clients. As an online consultancy, we also require a solution to be in touch with virtual colleagues throughout the day. We use Zoom daily for internal and external meetings. As it is such a ubiquitous tool with so many features, meetings can be organised and delivered efficiently without needing to hand-hold clients on how to use it. Our time is maximised, and we can easily record our sessions for replays and transcripts, which helps to disseminate minutes and actions.

Zoom is the mothership of all meeting products. It has stood the test of time through Covid, and all the other platforms are constantly playing catch-up, with features like backgrounds, filters, audio settings, captions, and transcripts. It's great to be able to move camera positions on screen, which other platforms do not do. It just works; the other platforms fray at times.

Zoom can be used for internal and external meetings. It is even useful for recording videos and screen shares without anyone else attending. We use it for booking client events, briefings, and training sessions. We use both private rooms and individual and recurring sessions for internal meetings. Although we mainly use PCs for our sessions, we install Zoom on our Android & iOS devices for when we're on the go as well.
