Overall Satisfaction with ZoomInfo

Our team is currently using Zoominfo for our inside sales team (primarily the BDRs when it comes to prospecting and gathering contact information). Zoominfo has helped solve the problem of trying to verify email addresses and guess emails. [It] Also assists in finding direct dial information to improve connect rates, scheduled demos and increase pipeline.
  • ZoomInfo does a great job providing direct dial and verified email addresses.
  • The interface when searching for company profiles and people is relatively easy to use!
  • For any user profiles that have a guessed email address - there is a significant correlation with these and bounce backs.
  • It can be a little clunky when navigating from company to company.
  • Positive impact was had on our volume of sales activity that could be maintained through email and phone calls
  • Negative impact as found that as volume increases - bounced emails are still hard to avoid
Zoominfo seems to have more accurate data and the last updated date they include with their data is super helpful.
Zoominfo is a great tool for manual cold prospecting. But I don't see it as an all in one lead prospecting tool. It really serves as the first point of matching a LinkedIn profile to a Zoominfo profile to access contact information.
