Overall Satisfaction with ZoomInfo
We used ZoomInfo strictly within our sales team for both AEs and SDRs. Mainly we use ZoomInfo to prospect, find emails and phone numbers, and create new leads into the company. This was mainly deployed with our SDR team and then shortly after it was adopted by our entire sales force to increase outbound potential.
- Provides the most accurate information related to email and phone than any other prospecting tool.
- Gives detailed information and description on businesses and employees.
- User-friendly and easy to use search feature.
- Not all information is correct, or duplicated.
- Information isn't updated regularly. We've attempted to contact people within an organization only to find out they haven't been there for months or even years.
- There's many companies that don't show in their database, so it's somewhat hit and miss.
- For a while, it was good to help find the company info we were looking for, but the data wasn't matching on a regular basis.
- We eventually didn't see a large enough ROI to continue using ZoomInfo, so we recently moved away from it although we still have 2 licenses that are used occasionally
- We moved the AE's away from using Zoom, and focused solely on SDRs using the platform due to the lack of efficiency and consumption of time.
ZoomInfo was the best option we used, and continue to use on a regular basis. Data.com was good as well, but Zoom was still our number 1 choice. Hunter was extremely inaccurate and we didn't find 1010 data very intuitive for what we needed. We stopped looking after Zoom as our priorities changes.
