Overall Satisfaction with ZoomInfo

It’s used by our Digital and Business development team for campaigns and client prospecting. ZoomInfo database really helps us to target the right clients/prospects with their detailed insights. Our marketing outreach has been considerably increased and the data accuracy commendable. This is a must-have tool for any growing company.

We see ZoomInfo as an improved version of DiscoverOrg with a much-needed USP included. The packaging of ZoomInfo is better when compared to DiscoverOrg and the global data set add-on is useful. Also, all the add-on options are effective and flexible.
There is much less data for the Middle East region, and data size can also be improved for European markets Filters are helpful in data searches, and it would be good there were advanced search options within the search results. Export options could also be improved with more column selection options.
US data is super good and the data is very accurate.
