ZoomInfo: Save Time Researching Customers
Overall Satisfaction with ZoomInfo
ZoomInfo is being used across the sales organization as a "source of truth" for business intelligence. When researching prospective or existing customers, it's hard to find all of the information you need in just one tool. ZoomInfo's intuitive UI makes that possible.
Pros
- The Org Chart function makes it easy to see who you should be targeting/involving in a sales process.
- The Technologies function gives you insight into tools being used that complement or compete with the solution you're trying to sell.
Cons
- n/a. I feel like I need to learn more about ZoomInfo's additional capabilities to leverage it for full impact on my day-to-day prospecting, selling strategy, etc.
- Big time saver. Having all the information I need in one spot to do my research saves me at least two hours each day vs. going to a half dozen other tools.
- More informed (esp. when interacting with Sales leadership). This tool allows me to more effectively prepare for things like territory plan review, QBRs, etc.
- D&B Hoovers (formerly Avention) and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
The depth of the data vs. Hoovers is similar, but the accuracy seems to be better with ZoomInfo. The biggest win for me with ZoomInfo is access to Scoops.
