Overall Satisfaction with ZoomInfo

ZoomInfo is used to populate numbers and emails of potential candidates and hiring managers for us to recruit and market to.

Pros

  • Easy to use
  • Decent volume

Cons

  • Many times emails are broken
  • Many times there are no cell numbers
  • ZoomInfo is decent for the money, you just need a competent database manager.
DiscoverOrg is very comparable to ZoomInfo in all areas. LinkedIn is more accurate, but data takes much longer to harvest.
ZoomInfo is better in some areas of industry than others. Large companies will often have broken emails and wrong locations and small companies will often have wrong job titles. However, its a fast and easy sourcing solution.
