Overall Satisfaction with ZoomInfo
ZoomInfo has helped me tremendously. I outbound for my role in sales and using ZoomInfo in conjunction with LinkedIn Sales Navigator has boosted my outbounding skills. I am able to get in touch with the right people at each company. ZoomInfo is being used across the whole sales org as an outbound sales tool.
- Provide an organized org chart
- Give accurate email and contact numbers
- Doesn't have every business I search for
- Needs a bit more updates on the actual site
- I see tons of ROI when I get the correct contact info for each person I'm reaching out to.
- Negative is when I reach out to an email I get off of ZoomInfo and it bounces.
ZoomInfo offers an organized org chart along with easier access to information on each employee through the use of accessible filters. LinkedIn Sales Navigator takes too much time to click into each employee in order to gain information. The ZoomInfo chrome extension is also handy for when I am looking for a quick email address. I get more traction through email than I do through LinkedIn messages.
