ZoomInfo for Prospecting!
Overall Satisfaction with ZoomInfo
It is used in Sales by Sales Development Reps and Account Executives to find prospects, find accounts, and find contact information about prospects. It is a great too for account mapping and building pipeline. Most useful for finding contact information once you know a prospect's name. I use ZoomInfo almost daily.
Pros
- Accurate contact information about people
- Provides detailed insights about a company (departments)
Cons
- Sometimes the integration in Salesforce does not work properly
- Certain contact information is outdated and no longer accurate
- Increased lead conversion because I can contact customers right away.
- Increased sales for my company and me.
I have not searched for alternatives personally. I know my company also uses LeadIQ but I have not used it. I heard it has more accurate information about prospects because it pulls it from LinkedIn which is more up to date.
