Overall Satisfaction with ZoomInfo

We use ZoomInfo for our Business Development team to prospect new leads. Our Business Operations team uses it to enrich key fields to ensure that our processes has the data points to automate and access the health of our accounts. We use it to standardize our Accounts to have an equitable spread of accounts across key industries that we are targeting as a company.

I love how ZoomInfo is seamless in SFDC and can be used and managed in the same application. I am coming from an Administrator standpoint and so far the data match has been really impressive.
ZoomInfo is great to enable Sales reps to manage the data quality of their accounts. It really can scale for small companies like us to big corporations. Perhaps it is good for transitional updates but not for automated enriches to records on a scheduled basis.
