Overall Satisfaction with ZoomInfo

I use ZoomInfo to get contact information on prospects. It is being used by the sales development rep organization. The problem it solves is the ability to obtain contact information for potential businesses and prospects. It gives our team first names, last names, emails, business titles and phone numbers. It also syncs with Salesforce.

  • Has given us access to better data.
  • Ease of use increases productivity.
I have only used its sister product, DiscoverOrg, that seems to be powered and or owned by ZoomInfo. It had less functionality than ZoomInfo and the ability to integrate and bulk import into Salesforce was limited. I think ZoomInfo has higher data fidelity and is just generally easier to use.
I think that if someone is doing prospecting for a high volume of potential prospects then it is useful. If someone is only looking for information about a specific company and what types of software or business tools they use, media spending, or really any type of research role, it wouldn't be good.
