Overall Satisfaction with ZoomInfo

ZoomInfo has drastically aided my productivity as well as increased my knowledge and skills with the technology. I have only had a positive experience working with Zoom and their customer service. Their implementation was flawless as well as handling any technical issues. I appreciate Zoom and all it has brought to my organization!

It is a toss-up. Sometimes it is more accurate than not and other times for a specific search it may recycle leads I have previously pulled and do not have new data.
In prospecting and finding generic information on companies and employees. Less appropriate when needing to find leads in new roles within a given month or specific time period. The information is not always up to date and sometimes LinkedIn is more useful for specific searches.
