Overall Satisfaction with ZoomInfo

ZoomInfo helps me complete the form I need to send to our clients. It requires us to include the revenue, employee size, industry, IT budget. And with the use of ZoomInfo, I am able to complete my tasks. It is also easier for me to find out more information about the Contact and the company whenever our data set is missing information such as Title, Zipcode, etc.

  • I don't see any area of improvements considering the scope of how I'm using the service.

Within the company I'm in, they just buy the information from a third-party company or get it from people in India.
If you're making calls and need a data set, I think ZoomInfo can help you provide in this area. They have contact information from different industries. I'd say the majority of the contacts we are getting are accurate and reachable because it always has direct phone numbers.
