Overall Satisfaction with ZoomInfo
We were using ZoomInfo for our Sales Development team at first and then we began using it for our SMB account executives as well when they began prospecting more on their own.
Pros
- ZoomInfo was great for finding information on some of our smaller prospects with less of a LinkedIn presence.
- ZoomInfo was also great when it came to finding companies not yet on our radar.
- ZoomInfo was awesome for finding direct lines and emails for the people that we most wanted to prospect to.
Cons
- Sometimes the information on ZoomInfo is not up to date.
- Increased employee efficiency - allowed our SDRs to have a more streamlined approach to prospecting
- Grew our database - allowed us to research and determine new prospects we had never seen before
- Decreased time to reach decision-makers as we were given accurate phone numbers and emails for our outreach
Prior to ZoomInfo, we used LeadIQ which was a great product too but to us seemed more limited than ZoomInfo as far as the search functionality and database. We also used list services like Databees and Growlabs which were just basically busy work for our reps as there was so much junk data to sort through to find anything substantial.
