ZoomInfo Pros and Cons
Overall Satisfaction with ZoomInfo
It's used across the Revenue Team and Marketing Team for the business development reps. We use it to prioritize account lists and multiple lines of prospecting (phone, email, etc.).
Pros
- I have more access to phone numbers than I used to.
- The tool itself is quite fast.
Cons
- Some contact information is out of date. I would say like 20% of the time the person isn't at that same job or has a different title
- Saved time searching for prospect phone numbers.
