Overall Satisfaction with ZoomInfo
[ZoomInfo] is being used by sales and marketing departments. We get lists of customers from AWS to prospect but they cant give us contact info so we use list match to produce lists of contacts to prospect. Marketing uses advanced search to create lists of prospects to target. ZoomInfo helps us save time from manually having to research companies to find contacts/contact info to reach out to.
- Gives you all the info you could need on a compnay/contact in one central location
- Easy to use
- Quality of data
- The platform seems to be a bit slower than the legacy discoverorg data
- The capped number of exports on the new platform is unfortunate. Preferred the old model from legacy discoverorg
- Seems to be a lack of support once a contract is signed or renewed
- List match can save me up to 24 hours of work time vs. having to manually research accounts/contacts
- Increased our prospect database by 100x
- Faster lead conversion
