Overall Satisfaction with ZoomInfo

We use it to import new leads into our CRM.

Pros

  • Reliable Contacts
  • Company search
  • Easy to use with our CRM

Cons

  • There should be more scoops
  • Sometimes can be unreliable
  • I have been able to reach more people
  • Getting back faster responses
We were using Lead Forensics but the contact information that we were getting were mostly incorrect. We can now reach more people with clearer information
We have trouble with tagging and working with webinsights
