Overall Satisfaction with ZoomInfo
ZoomInfo is used in our BD department to fetch contact details of prospects leads we fetch after research from Sales Navigator. It is a nice tool on an average for getting details of dedicated people. It is useful when one knows the right people as information about that person can be fetched from Zoominfo. It also gives news of companies and market as well.
- Contact information of dedicated point of contacts
- Detailed company information available on Company info
- Current news on market trends and companies
- ZoomInfo needs to update their database more frequently as a person who has been in a company for months does not show up on Zoominfo in that company rather the previous one
- ZoomInfo should have some integration with Sales navigator so that dedicated person could be found out using their LinkedIn url
- Often the numbers and email addresses fetched from ZoomInfo are not accurate so either they should upload correct data or should not upload at all
- If compared to the subscription charges with the revenue generated, the result is not satisfactory
- Now-a-days the connections are made on LinkedIn and virtual meets so ZoomInfo is just another option
- If the database is updated on regular basis then ZoomInfo may make a comeback against other software and tools like it in the market
- LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Hunter and VoilaNorbert
If Sales navigator combined with other tools that offer contact information for free then it will eliminate the need of ZoomInfo as the ZoomInfo doesn't seem to be worth of spending thousands of dollars when the database is not updated regularly and contact details come out to be wrong.
