Overall Satisfaction with ZoomInfo

We use the product to acquire leads for our Premium Suite Business and our corporate partnerships. We can analyze what industries we do well in and be able to pull a list based on industry, revenue, number of employees, and distance from the stadium. We then pull the list and begin outreach.

ZoomInfo and Sales Navigator are both used to find leads and begin outreach. ZoomInfo is a little better for the early on part of the process when you’re just trying to pull your initial list. Sales Navigator is a little better for the second part where you actually start reaching out to the decision-maker.
ZoomInfo is well suited for situations when you’re trying to pull leads from a large pool and you want to sort by company revenue, employees, industry, and distance from your stadium. It’s less helpful when there are only a few players in the space and it’s relatively obvious who to reach out to.
