Overall Satisfaction with ZoomInfo

I use to find more information about my leads and contacts. Also, gain insight into the companies within my assigned territory.
  • providing direct phone number is extremely helpful
  • providing business emails is useful
  • scoops and intents can be true sometimes
  • I wish intents and scoops were more accurate

  • increased employee efficiency,
ZoomInfo is still one of the best in the market but I wish to see them do even better so we on the sales side of the business can have increased value. I would love to see better improvement on the scoops and intent side. That would be huge.
If you're looking for lead information ZoomInfo is great If you're looking for active technology searches by the prospects or RFPs ZoomInfo is not the best.
