Before using ZoomInfo we tried Facebook chat on the website but that function and features are very limited and there is no scope of work. But now after using the ZoomInfo Chat feature everything is going very easy and fast. Some features like the live meeting scheduler, plug-and-play integrations, and real-time insights made it feel like we had struck gold.

Better integration of other platforms with ZoomInfo is one of its shining features which makes it better than most of its competitors. Direct connections to Slack accounts make it the most easy-to-use and versatile platform to work on for different processes, especially Sales, Marketing, and Vendor Management. In many ways, it provides better customer service as well.

ZoomInfo chat is not only a chatting platform, it also provides additional features like a meeting scheduler also it's accuracy is better than other chatbots, and response time is very less. But other tools have less accuracy and they are good at one point but not good at all. Instead, Zoominfo is quite better and the support provided by Zoominfo is very good comparatively.

It is just a different product or software since Zoom is the standard software where the company communicates both inside and outside the company. It is just a great tool to take things into another level when it comes to the communication of companies. It is really helpful to have this type of software in a sales based company.

I really like LinkedIn Sales Navigator and we use this product very heavily as well. LISN provides a ton of information, easy to use, comprehensive and provides good sales prospecting aspects.

Seamless AI is a lot harder to use.
It’s a lot slower as well and most of the time it doesn’t work when importing into salesforce and the data is not always accurate or reliable. I would definitely recommend using the zoom info chrome extension. Definitely worth the money. 👍

It was a good add-on to our current use case with ZoomInfo. It has the necessary features we needed without the extra bells and whistles that Qualified provides at a much larger expense.

As I mentioned, it's more than just a ChatBot. The ChatBot is just another feature that it offers, but it allows you to talk to the website traffic which otherwise would have gone without interacting with your website. Sometimes even retargeting ads fail to target such valuable visitors, that is where ZoomInfo chat plays its role.

DiscoverOrg was used when I first entered the company. It was not that great. Bad interface and the integration was poorly run. It was very slow and the numbers were not as accurate as they should have been. I like the addition of scoops on zoominfo. This was not used when we were using discoverorg.

Both ZoomInfo and Sales Navigator are pretty similar but I definitely would choose ZoomInfo over LinkedIn for a couple reasons.
  1. LinkedIn Sales Navigator does not list the correct contact information unlike ZoomInfo.
  2. When using both platforms, Zoom info is very easy to use unlike LinkedIn Sales Navigator.

WAY better onboarding and support and fully-baked product. If for some reason it's missing a feature, you can bring it up and actually get a realistic (and quick) response on the roadmap to develop it. The UX blows all others away with easy branching and logic. You don't know how much time you waste trying to teach a bot and then end up not getting it right. Also, it has IP matching to deanonymize site visitors.
