Overall Satisfaction with ZoomInfo Engage

ZoomInfo Engage is an addon to increase engagement in sales efforts to reach more prospects, and connect with them. It allows automation, campaigns, personalized options for B2C communication, and metrics to measure. This is a critical add-on to the ZoomInfo suite as it bolsters some of the more well known and robust products that we use. It definitely helps us with our customer touchpoints, and creating stronger connections!

Pros

  • Allows for customization, automation, and scaling of outreach
  • Works as a secondary and well done CRM to compliment or serve as a main internal CRM. Also helps organize your prospects.
  • Tracks customer actions and engagement at a very convenient level, with easy to read data.

Cons

  • The platform has plenty of room to expand in terms of the actual CRM features it has
  • It would be beneficial if it was easier to upload and download information to exchange with internal CRM
  • I would love to see AI automation for outreach to customers at a high level. It already has the framework to make this happen technically.
  • ZoomInfo Engage has in a small way been responsible for more communications and faster communication with new prospects. It cuts down about 20% of our time based work as well for generic campaigns
  • Allows our sales team to close at a higher rate which we predict is about 10%
  • Since implementation our sales team has grown about 15%, and our sales reviews have become faster.
It works very well with the tools and other Zoom Info products that we already use. The fact that it integrates is a huge win for us because we designed our CRM internally so we are very sued to working a certain way. We can use this to boost the information and tools from our pre-existing ZoomInfo products as well, so it brings out a lot of value.
ZoomInfo Engage is by far in my opinion the most robust, well-known, and widely used tool in terms of sales and business pursuits and CRM use, specifically for acquisition. Even when we've inquired as to what other companies can offer they often can only lower the base price we would pay. ZoomInfo Engage provides the highest level of access to information and tools while maintaining reasonable costs.

ZoomInfo Engage is great for taking the next step to keeping a hold of and in touch with your prospects. The more prospects and automation your team or salesperson is seeking, the more useful this becomes. Once a sales pipeline becomes big enough, the engagement and activity tracking allows you to cut down on time and limit the amount of information you need to focus on. It also is great that as opposed to just a tool or add-on, this is basically a barebones CRM, so it complimented ours very well.
