Overall Satisfaction with ZoomInfo

We use ZoomInfo to build out lead lists for the purposes of building user groups and sales pipeline within key accounts. Our sales department is currently the only team using it, but we will likely give access to BDMs and possibly marketing teams at a later date. ZoomInfo solves these problems: gives us insight to organizations that we can't get with LinkedIn or DuxSoup, and builds instantly builds lists with direct contact info, cutting down much of the manual effort to find leads within accounts.
  • Provides direct email and sometimes phone numbers
  • Builds org charts that are fairly accurate
  • Exporting limits are sometimes not explained which puts work at a standstill
  • Narrowing down searches to specific technology users at specific companies is not inherently easy
  • I have gotten over 50 solid leads in the month I've been using the tool
  • My emails are tailored to meet prospects' current initiatives
ZoomInfo gives a better picture of the organization as a whole and how people are related to one another. It also gives contact info. Building lists is much easier and more accurate in ZoomInfo than in Sales Navigator. On the Sales Navigator side, it's nice to have a prospect's resume in front of you, as well as being able to see who you may know in common with the prospect.
Anyone in a hunting role, specifically selling technology, can use this tool. It's good for finding direct leads and contact info, but it's also an effective tool for mapping organisations. ZoomInfo has also proven helpful for learning about key initiatives at customer sites, as well as naming conventions for positions.
