Overall Satisfaction with ZoomInfo Marketing

We use ZoomInfo Marketing to help leverage insights into buying signals of potential customers. Both our sales and marketing team use the platform to better understand what our prospects are looking into and interested in, and from there we take that data and strategize how we want tor reach out to them.

Pros

  • Provides contact info for prospects/customers
  • Provides background information about company history, office locations, employee size etc.
  • Provides any recent changes within contact role changes

Cons

  • Sometimes the contact information is not up to date (wrong phone numbers or emails)
  • Sometimes the integration between ZoomInfo Marketing and other software we use lags
  • Sometimes information such as recent job changes or changes within company are not accurate or missing
  • Better alignment between sales and marketing
  • Better tech stack consolidation
  • Increased SQL
  • Better holistic view of accounts
I gave this rating because both myself and my immediate team, along with what I've heard from sales is that it is very user friendly. The layout is easy to use and we have not had any problems or complaints from the team regarding "usability." The only complaint we have really seen is that sometimes the information listed in accounts is not up to date/entirely accurate.
B2B DSP and Social Advertising have helped meet or excel our marketing goals by being able to cast a wide net to get our name out via social advertising through the different platforms we use. And B2B DSP through ZoomInfo Marketing have helped us target our campaigns to reach the right decision makers within the company.
I was not involved with the decision making of the evaluation of this, I only heard we also looked at these other options. But based on our company's overall sentiment of ZoomInfo Marketing I think the decision makers did make the right choice.

ZoomInfo Marketing is great for getting a holistic and quick view of a company and their employees. For sales it is very helpful as they can easily and quickly browse through the company and find any relevant information they want to use while prospecting.

On the flipside sometimes the information is not up to date so sometimes they need to use ZoomInfo Marketing in tandem with other software platforms to verify the information before reaching out to the prospect.
