Overall Satisfaction with ZoomInfo Marketing

ZoomInfo MarketingOS helps with creation of demand, it also targets and generates targets and converts leads into customers using insights and engaging through multiple forms, including social media, email, text, etc. ZoomInfo Marketing also converts sites into digital assets using unique chat, interaction, and data capturing, which really helps bolster customer conversion and increase synergy with acquisition teams.

Pros

Cons

  • Does not fully integrate sales and marketing, so some work and translation is still required.

  • Zoominfo Marketing has allowed us to reduce our marketing budget with increased results by almost 20% less in cost and significantly better capture of what customers are reacting to our marketing outreaches
  • Marketing data can now be easily gathered, and made into useful information for our sales teams
  • We have double the data essentially, as we already had inbound tracking, but ZoomInfo gives us a fine lens over our outbound marketing. We can also follow up more directly with those customers, as opposed to guessing who or when to reach out to in the past.
Every company has a marketing team and budget these days, but often it's wasted money if you cannot collect data. ZoomInfo Marketing OS goes above and beyond in terms of allowing you to fully utilize your marketing team, and to increase revenue generated by the sales team. We've seen much faster, and more effective warm intros with this.
We find these as granular data we did not have in the past, we have click counters and website trackers. But for campaigns, B2B standalone communications, general social campaigns DSP, retargeting, and form + acceleration we did not have a tool.

Since we've started using this we have seen double-digit increases in the direct return on expenditures from marketing. Sales has also increased its % of closing and reduced the amount of time needed to spend "qualifying and attracting" existing leads.
ZoomInfo has a wonderful suite of products, which I consider to be first in class for sales-related pursuits as well as marketing. They have different purposes so they don't inherently compete with each other, but I am happy to say ZoomInfo marketing is quickly becoming my favorite product out of what ZoomInfo offers to businesses and sales people. We selected this product to improve our current marketing tools.

Marketing is a very expensive department, which at many times in the past was not able to properly measure out the effectiveness of increased marketing efforts. Zoominfo marketing champions the market by providing granular and specific data tailored to which specific companies visit us. It allows us to see in better clarity what our "marketing budget" is actually doing us, and to maximize it. Prior to this, the best tool we had was one that allowed us to see who visited our site. We really needed views of outbound marketing, not just inbound, and this program handles it well.

Using ZoomInfo Marketing

50 - Marketing and sales, as well as customer outreach, and beyond that gifting and customer retention groups. It's very easy in our company to find a plethora of uses across zoom info marketing due to our primary revenue source coming from our sales and marketing teams. We are experiencing rapid growth in a highly competitive market, so tools like this are beyond vital.
10 - We primarily have the heads of our marketing team, our director of sales, our managers, and our IT teams that preside over support for ZoomInfo Marketing. The sales team uses it the most, but the background info, issues, new updates, and tips and tricks all flow down from the top to sales.

It has cut down the time we need for results in marketing and sales, as well as increasing the success rate of the actions we choose. We're seeing greater ROI on efforts since we started.

We wanted something that would cut time and effort, but also synergize with other products we use in-house. This works perfectly with Zoom Sales and general Zoom info products. But definitely the time saving was a huge win for us, it also breathes new ideas into our repertoire, allowing for innovation.
We would have most likely rolled this out at the same time as our other zoom products so we could acclimate faster and make the best use of everything we've purchased. It's great to have complimentary products under one suite, since it brings its own value and adds to other prior product purchase values.
