Overall Satisfaction with ZoomInfo MarketingOS

We have several use cases for ZoomInfo at AOT Technologies. First is Lead Intelligence & Generation. Finding in-market Leads within our ICP is hugely valuable. The second is lead qualification. Inbound leads are assessed using Zoominfo to qualify them at the top of funnel.
Lastly, Sales and Leadership use the platform to gain insights into market behaviours.
  • Breadth of leads in North America
  • Detailed company information including revenue & funding
  • HubSpot integration is seamless
  • Pricing - right now they are leveraging incumbent status
  • Leads in Europe and SEA are lacking
  • Intent data is interesting but often out of date
  • Increased SQL by 15% over 2 years
  • SDR time saved - 8 hours per week
Definitely some great features there, Zoominfo has built a solid platform that is truly enterprise-grade. I gave a 7 because I feel there is a point where other solutions offer similar features at a lower price point. They might become too big to stay agile enough in the market.
Retargeting has been huge for us in maintaining that relationship with leads over the buying cycle. In software this could be 12 months or more - tricky to call out direct ROI for individual campaigns, but we have at least half a dozen contracts from nurture campaigns.
Zoominfo combined marketing automation with industry-leading lead intelligence. This was a no-brainer for us.

In a larger organization where a Sales team needs to quickly qualify leads, or gain more information about top-of-funnel leads to personalize outreach, Zoominfo is great.
It is less appropriate for small teams on tight budgets where you might struggle to see the value in a premium enterprise solution, that takes a certain amount of bandwidth from your team to leverage properly.
