Overall Satisfaction with ZoomInfo OperationsOS
We used to increase conversion wreaths across our Company. As we had a problem with that
- Clean our data
- Eliminate duplicates
- Eliminated the manual process of doing this
- Not 100% accurate
- Interface was a little clumsy to learn at first
- No other issues
- We were able to pull a lot of names for our clients target Ideal Client prospect.
- The database updated regularly
- It was a cost effective way to pull a lot of names as well as prevent duplicate targets.
We found the names we pulled were accurate but we did still need to clean the emails through a scrubber. But that is understandable as the data could change on a monthly basis but overall comparable to other databases we use.
- Close.io
- Clearout
- Dripify
Close.io is the CRM we used to pull lists into. Before that we needed to clean the emails and check for deliverability through Clearout. We used linkedin profiles we gathered and entered into Dripify for direct out reach through Linkedin.
This was already set up when I came to the company but over all took a little time to learn the interface and conduct the searches but that was a learning curve that was easily overcome.
