Overall Satisfaction with ZoomInfo Sales
I use ZoomInfo Sales to locate reliable contact information for prospects that have hard to find information. I love being able to just pull up a website, click the ZoomInfo Sales browser tab button, and it pulls in all of the available data for people working at that organization. And if I do not see the person that I was searching for in the results, most of the time I can enter in that person's name in the filter search options, and it finds it for me even though it was previously hidden from the first view of results. This is key for my organization when it comes to finding correct and reliable contact info, to be able to reach out to the right person on my first attempt, and not end up with the gate keeper of the business.

- Faster corrections of bad/wrong contact data
- Have the ability to force a search on a website that returns no contact resources - on a website that I know has contacts in the organization
- Put a date on the last known "A" or current email address. Sometimes, the "A" or even the "B" contacts have updated or new email addresses and numbers. Would be great to know when the emails/numbers were last validated.

The data quality is why I use this platform. In my field, the people I need to reach out to and deal with have the most hidden contact data that I've seen. Getting that data is key. ZoomInfo Sales provides that data, and allows me to use it to find additional data to not only make my appointments, but to get my next appointments as well. I get asked quite often, how I found their contact information. I never tell them. And that implies a lot.
LinkedIn Sales Navigator is nice for seeing who is included in an organization, however it does not always show the entire org list. And it rarely shows the contact info, unless that person is already connected with you. So, LinkedIn Sales Navigator in my opinion, is a basic step 1 really, it's a starting place if you have no idea who is in what position of a company. ZyWave is great, but it only provides general contact info for the people I need to reach out to. Often times, the phone numbers for a given prospect is the company's general phone number, not a direct line. Same with email addresses. However, ZoomInfo Sales provides all of the specific contact info that I need including direct lines, general company lines, mobile lines, direct email addresses, office locations - for which office the contact actually works out of, etc... so making contact or sending documents directly to who I need to can be done thanks to ZoomInfo.
