Overall Satisfaction with ZoomInfo Sales

Much more user friendly than competitors. I would like to see more customization options as I spend so much time on this tool I’d like to be able to make it fit my style more. Overall very easy to use and the integrations with other sales tools are key for me. It also is better than others for experience.
We use ZoomInfo for prospecting new contacts at both net new greenfield accounts and current customers to expand. ZoomInfo is easier to use than other tools I’ve used for gathering contact data. I don’t love some of their additional features, but the primary contact scraping use case is fantastic for our organization. Been using for 5 years and still love it. Used competitive tools as well and none are nearly as good.

Helped me prospect faster, meet more new customers, and make sure I connect with multiple people at the customers organization. The data quality is better than others, which helps me not have as many negative calls. As a cold caller the last thing you want is to get cussed out because of bad data on a regular basis. Data accuracy is far superior to competition in my experience.
Better data, better user experience. Easier to learn. Faster to export, search, qualify. It is more expensive (for us) but is so worth it for data accuracy and user experience. Customers get so upset when you call with bad data, so it helps reps be more successful when they have fewer negative calls due to data challenges from bad phone numbers.

Very well suited for getting contact information for sales. It is not great for an AI companion for sales, as it has more errors and inaccuracies than other AI sales companions. Definitely easier to use than its competitors that’s I have used. When my last company went from ZoomInfo to their biggest competitor, I had to spend a few extra hours a week prospecting to make up for the lost efficiency. I now have tried 3 competitors on trials, and none could compete. Worth the cost difference no question.
