Overall Satisfaction with ZoomInfo Sales

I gave an 8 instead of a 10 because some of our less tech-savvy users have some trouble creating lists and navigating the UI, but I find it to be very easy to use/navigate. The more time you spend learning the UI, the easier it gets to find what you need and set yourself up for success.
ZoomInfo Sales has become an integral tool for our sales AND marketing organization. From scouting potential companies/leads to building out tailored lists for cold outreach, ZoomInfo has become our go-to.

We use the Intent tool often to gauge interest for our tech throughout multiple industries and find the right time to send marketing/sales outreach.

Websights has been a great tool for our marketing team to see who is checking us, for how long and ultimately why.

We use ZoomInfo Sales to data-check our CRM and make sure we have the most up-to-date contact information for our prospects. We also use it to build cold call lists.

ZoomInfo Sales has been well worth the cost for us.

I'm a Sales Operations Manager so it's been a dream for me. From data integrity to arming my Sales team with the tools they need to succeed; There's no software like it. The Chrome plugin is extremely helpful when searching LinkedIn for targets. A few clicks and I know more than enough information on a lead and their company than I would with time consuming research.
