Overall Satisfaction with ZoomInfo SalesOS

Our company uses ZoomInfo for prospecting/list building for outbound campaigns as well as for events. We also use it to help fill in contact information gaps we have for contact records and update our CRM.

Harder to stack contact filters on company filters. There is no management-level search capability and the job title search needs to be more specific.
ZoomInfo SalesOS is very helpful when trying out a new vertical or when you are wanting to identify new prospects to reach out to. We have used the filtering capability to create custom lists for paid ad targeting which is very helpful.
