Overall Satisfaction with ZoomInfo SalesOS
In my role, we use ZoomInfo on a daily basis. It helps us generate leads and import them into Hubspot, we also use research tools like WebSights and Intent. Being in the sustainability industry, it's important for our company to know which companies and individuals to pursue -as not everyone is into environmental reporting yet. This tool has changed our sales trajectory and has also helped save so much time looking for prospects and finding correct phone numbers.

Honestly, ZoomInfo blew the other competition out of the water! We didn't even realize a database like it existed in such depth. There are minor things, like the quality of data - phone numbers, locations, employee verification, etc. But I think over time ZoomInfo will probably address these issues well anyways. We are pretty happy with it.
