I have only tried the manual way of receiving statements via email with the actual report being attached as an Excel file. This makes it hard to track and raise questions if there are concerns with the statement. Having to submit a query via email is also too clunky and too time consuming.

We used Google Sheets before and it was a headache. While it did work, it was a lot of work and prone to human error. I would spend hours reconciling commissions each month and Spiff has made that process a breeze. I am happy we switched from Google Sheets to Spiff.

It is a night and day difference between Sheets and Excel. The fact that it is integrated with Salesforce and calculates commission as you close deals make it super transparent and efficient when it comes to tracking your performance and commission. Spiff takes the manual work out of the equation. Reduces human error and increases collaboration.

The team at Spiff made it easy to choose their platform, they were extremely diligent and made the process seamless. They had worked with us on pricing and we were extremely satisfied with the end result. The user interface and simplicity was also a driving factor in choosing spiff and made onboarding a breeze.

I haven't really evaluated any tools like this. I am not in a decision making seat to be able to evaluate tools but I don't think we ever really looked outside of Spiff because it is top-tier in the space and several other businesses in our industry use it to this day. It is trustworthy and that is why our leadership team went with it.
