Sometimes it can be hard to find what I'm looking for, especially signed documents. I also wish that it showed the previous month instead of current when pulling up commission tracking.

It made my life easier but having everything in one place and having the ability to raise inquiries directly from Spiff and I don't have to spin up an email or direct message the admins. I particularly love the historical data availability and having the option to download statements as well.

It’s simple and direct and doesn’t confuse the user from the endpoint. I personally like it because it’s welcoming to use and provides just what we need without adding any confusion to the mix. Additionally this usability and their understanding of how sales teams use the product is an added bonus. I welcome to see what improvements they might make to the tool.

SPIFF is easily accessible in the field and whiel at your home computer. It gives transparent insight into what is doing well in our territory and where we need to turn our focus to to make a difference in the day to day activity.

Overall, the use cases of Spiff have been helping us to address important problems when it comes to commission calculation: (1) Accuracy of the commission calculation, (2) Transparency over how the commission is calculated, (3) Automation of commission calculation, which in turn saves us significant amount of time and energy and allow us to focus more on more important tasks

This is a wonderful tool to see the real time performance of the executives. Also the data can be verified with other CRM tools in the organisation.
Month wise performance tracking is very simple and transparent with the hep of this tool. Each rep can keep an eye on the performance.

The product features are clearly labeled and easy to understand at first glance, which makes it simple to navigate between each dashboard. Metrics are calculated for you which take the work out of our hands, making the tool worth the investment.

The user interface and user experience are great. The design is easy to navigate and easy on the eyes. I greatly appreciate their attention to detail with their design and experience. Their reporting modules are also really nice and easy to create and present. Sales reps can always log in and see where they are in the month.
