Spiff is our central hub for tracking OTE and performance-based incentives. So on a monthly basis, our compensation team publishes our expected OTE and other incentives and we are able to review them right away within the Spiff platform. It is super convenient for me as I am also able to raise a ticket right within Spiff in case I have questions or clarifications on the published earnings statement.

We utilize it to see how we will get paid out based on each month's performance. It's Crucial to understand where we are in terms of OTE. The best part of Spiff team versus other vendors is the availability to access assistance when we are not finding the results we need.

We used it to track commission payouts for sales reps. It was a useful way for us to have this automated rather than having a member of Revenue Ops manually go through each sales reps' commission statements and generate them via a spreadsheet.

Using Spiff allows our sales reps to accurately view and project their upcoming commission payments. This creates a ton of clarity for reps and allows them to easily view and assess their pace for earnings vs. expectations. Using Spiff allows our team to confirm all payouts are accurate for both the rep and the finance team.

My main use for Spiff is to understand my commission payouts for complex deals with different kickers. I also use it to track my prorated quota changes (if territory changes) and also if I split a deal with someone, how my accelerators might be affected towards the end of the year.

Working at a high-growth organization means that, as a BDR, tracking commissions on opportunities is an extra layer of time-consuming work on top of daily duties. Spiff directly integrates with SalesForce, so I don’t have to track my opportunities and whether they’ve been compensated. This is especially helpful since, as a non-US rep, I get paid at a different cadence to others, with most opportunities being made at least a month later than when I generated them. Keeping on top of that much commission data would be a nightmare!

We use Spiff to process commissions. Since implementing the tool, our commissions process is almost completely automated. It provides compensation visibility to all of our sales reps. Most importantly, Spiff allows us to adapt to change within the sales organization quickly, which in turn allows our organization to be more effective during transient times.

I use Spiff in my organization to help keep track of my commissions from month to month and quarter to quarter. I can see how much I have sold over the course of the year, and determine how much I should be getting paid based on those sales. Honestly, for me it just take the guess work out of how much I'm going to be getting paid in my next pay checks.

Sales performance calculation is being measured through Spiff. Sales people with the help of this platform can keep a tab on their performance on regular basis and also they can keep an eye on the incentive / compensation that they may expect towards the end of the quarter. Spiff provides clear visibility into my monthly commission earnings from sales. Previously it was done via excel spreadsheets, so this is much more user friendly to see the breakdown and be able to have clear visibility into past months commission without searching for previously sent emails.

Spiff helps us manage our commissions process, reporting and reconciliation. Before Spiff, we used a combination of excel, SFDC reports, and Google Sheets. Spiff brings everything together in one platform and has powerful reporting capabilities that helps finance and operations manage our process. The support from Spiff has been top notch and implementation was a breeze.
