If you have a lot of customer interaction with your site, where you need to collected specific, targeted, situational data, 123FormBuilder is an absolute winner. If your site is more information and perhaps leads to a software platform or other product or service, 123FormBuilder might prove unnecessarily robust for you. Something simpler and cheaper might make more sense for you. But in most cases where you're seeking to collect information from customers, I'd happily recommend 123FormBuilder.

GetFeedback

It would be a great tool for a marketing team just getting off the ground and trying to generate some good feedback. It can also potentially be white-labeled and shared with consumers. It could all still be easily tracked through the URL parameters one can set up with getfeedback's link tool.

  • Easy installation.
  • Easy to make changes and easy to user interface.
  • Great integrations.

  • GetFeedback makes the integration with your client easy. Salesforce can be troublesome if you aren't well experienced but GetFeedback does the hard work for you.
  • GetFeedback provides good examples of how to use its features via video content and its support team is excellent.
  • Testing is a big advantage because you can actually play around in the free version and sample some example questionnaires, which you can then use.

  • Something that could be done differently is looking at how the surveys will look like on your website, or even in your product.
  • It can be quite difficult to easily set it up with Salesforce if you haven't used the system before, which is why there could be room for improvement when looking at how it will appear in Salesforce and how you can get to it.
  • The website could do with some simplifying, making it easier to find what you're looking for.

The few times, and I mean few, I have had to reach out to the support staff they were very helpful. I was also lucky enough to meet the developer at a users' conference. His willingness to hear what I had to say was impressive. After understanding his background coming from the CRM world I knew that he knew what we as users needed in the way of integration.

I installed 123ContactForm myself and while I had some issues installing it I was able to visit their website and the troubleshooting information they provided in their faq section. They did offer other support if a user needed additional support, but I found the information provided on their website to be more than sufficient

Alternatives Considered

Looked at Zoho Forms, Google Forms, Form Assembly and a couple of others. In general there is a variety of features and it would not be wise to negatively rate any of the others. But purely from a price-feature mix, we chose to use 123ContactForm over the others and in that context it was ideal for us.

We used SurveyMonkey to send out feedback forms to customers but many don't reply, simply because they are time-consuming and require people to actually want to click on the email. However with GetFeedback, we can put the HTML on our website so customers are prompted by certain actions to fill out the form.

Return on Investment

  • It helped with supplier/client information leakage. Occasionally during fast on-boarding information gets left out which later may create issues during filing (or in unfortunate cases of dispute).
  • Payment requests by suppliers & remittance info from clients was easily logged ensuring easy information flow.
  • Improved cost basis for information gathering for clients

  • Seeing the customer journey is a major positive and how they have developed our relationship over time
  • It does make things a little crowded in the Salesforce object, making things more time-consuming, but this is something that gets better once you become more knowledgeable
  • We needed to see what we were doing right and wrong in our products and without this tool, there would be no way we could do that.
