Accenture People + Work Connect vs. ZipRecruiter

Accenture People + Work Connect is a wonderful platform, no doubt, and is suitable when you are looking out for talent and hiring for open roles in the organizations and in specific regions. Accenture People + Work Connect helped us in identifying the right talent for the position in the region required. However, when compared to the other platforms for hiring there is a lot more that needs to be developed and updated.

A scenario where ZipRecruiter was well suited to my and my companies needs, was when we were notified of new candidates for sales positions when we actually didn't have an open hire call at the time. Because of the notification, I checked the new candidates, and I ended up hiring one of the best sales people we have. A scenario that is less approprate, and doesn't fit my or my businesses needs, is when ZipRecruiter sends out marketing emails that do not pertain to my business, or what we use ZipRecruiter for

ZipRecruiter is very user-friendly and is extremely reliable when searching for new talent. There are numerous features to help you when you have questions about a posting or your profile. The filtering process is awesome and you have so many ways to find the right talent with the screening questions provided by ZipRecruiter.

pages load fine ... it's not easy to know where to go -- you have to know to click on this or that because it's not intuitive.

Have not had to utilize support recently, but in past instances they have reached out within 12 hours to help rectify any problems or answer any questions about features and functionality. The only issue I ever had with them was trying to clarify, when they previously advertised that they posted on 200+ job boards, if that meant that your job would for sure be posted on each job board. Turns out, by the way, that they only guarantee distribution, not posting

From my discussion with the management with regards to hiring and the portal used, I came to know that Google for Jobs was able to be considered earlier, but was rejected as there was lots of noise, multiple unwanted applications and the filtering process also took a while and wasted the time of the TA team.

Robust cloud database with updated profile as opposed to the rest which has a model that works just as a job board, you will save a lot of time targeting ideal talent. Also, ZipRecruiter is easy to set up with a very easy user interface, and their customer care & support team is very responsive.

• ZipRecruiter helped us to reaching our hiring goals for 2018. We have been able to source, exempt and non-exempt candidates, in a timely fashion for our roles in the NY Metro area.
• From a cost perspective, ZipRecruiter is more affordable than others that we have used in the past. In the end the results speak for themselves and we have had better success with Zip than other job boards we have used in the past.
