Overall Satisfaction with ZipRecruiter
We use it to view potential candidates for our sales departments profiles. I like how we can have everything we need about a potential hire right in front of us without having to take extra steps to find further information.
- They notify us when there are new candidates that match our requirements
- They give us the links of the candidates online networks, so it's all right in front of us
- They have a great messages center, that makes it easy for me to access and reference when needed.
- The only thing I can think of is, I don't prefer the unecessary emails I get from ZipRecruiter that don't pertain to my business, or what we use ZipRecruiter for.

- The ROI we have gotten from using ZipRecruiter is huge, we use it for hiring sales people, and our sales are increased as a direct result of being able to hire great sales people through ZipRecruiter
- I like that we have everything we need for our hiring process all in one place. ZipRecruiter does a great job of offering us all of the tools we need on it's platform, which keeps us well organized.
- Because of ZipRecruiter, we have hired quality sales people, and it has directly lowered our turn-over rate with our employees.
It has affected my business in a very positive way. ZipRecruiter gives us a sense of security when reviewing candidate profiles, because we know that they are all well screened, and properly qualified before we make contact with them.
ZipRecruiter's recruitment tools have proven to be extremely efficient, and effective. we have about a 90% match and hiring rate with the candidates profiles we review and are matched with.
We ended up chosing ZipRecruiter because of the success rate we found of the quality of the candidates they provided to us. The Candidates we've found through ZipRecruiter have been very well suited to what we are looking for. Glassdoor didn't have the same accuracy.
