Klaviyo is the known industry standard. It easily integrates with Shopify and Google Analytics. This helps us to track conversions more easily and with greater accuracy. Although other products can integrate and offer pretty much the same service, we decided to move forward …
Klaviyo beat all the other competitors. The pricing structure is just too hard to beat, and the customization/personalization, and the usability is just amazing.
We moved from MailChimp to Klaviyo around ~2019, and Klaviyo already had an integration that gracefully synced all our data. At the time, we particularly preferred Klaviyo's A/B testing tools over MailChimp's, and the rest of their feature suite helped us stay. We still use …
Klaviyo's ability to really tackle the entire marketing contact ecosystem on one platform is what really won us over. The price for everything was competitive, not necessarily the cheapest but competitive, and the ability to see that data flow from every interaction was what …
I use other products in other businesses and for clients. Klaviyo is preferred by our IT/developer, was better cost, and overall, is slightly simpler to manage.
Costs more but much more customizable in every aspect. The WYSIWYG editor is far more robust and allows us full customization. Also its ability to sync easily accross multiple apps and platforms make it a no brainer if you are adding multiple tech apps to your site.
Klaviyo is better for eCommerce businesses. It integrates better with other apps, has more features, and is customisable, so we can reflect the branding in the emails we build.
I moved from Klaviyo's email platform to Seguno about 6 months ago and am preferring Seguno. It's right in the Shopify dashboard and very easy to use. The email creation process is more intuitive vs. Klaviyo and it's significantly less expensive, so a better option for small …
Klaviyo has a very intimate integration with Shopify bringing in purchasing behaviour, browsing behavior, total spend, order value, ordered products, etc. Klaviyo's automated email journeys are way more complex and support multiple IF conditions, which allows granular …
Klaviyo is leaps and bounds above Mailchimp. We just switched from MailChimp because we outgrew it. That is actually my recommended path to take while starting out. MailChimp had a free plan up to 5000 emails. Once we hit that, we switched and got an email marketing team and …
It is different from them, especially because of its use in e-commerce and data-driven marketing. While IT provides segmentation, behavior tracking, and automation flows, Mailchimp is good for running simple campaigns and smaller organizations. We have chosen IT because it …
It had the best flexibility for templating, and also for segmentation and dynamic content compared to others we used/demo'd when deciding to change provider. Overall, it gave us more control. Instead of working around the platform, we can shape it around what we’re trying to do.
Klaviyo delivers a better experience for designing, managing, and operating as a whole. Just about every feature is best; the only flaw is that Attentive has more robust signup flows, but it makes up for it with its great overall UX. When it comes to designing templates, design …
Klaviyo has always been the most efficient and most strategic email marketing tool I've used for e-commerce businesses. No matter what industry, it does a fantastic job.
Some other solutions are overly simplified, limiting control and flexibility, whereas others are so complex that execution becomes extremely burdensome and creates long lead times. We found Klaviyo to have the best balance.
Klaviyo is the best email marketing and CRM platform when it comes to eCommerce brands and Shopify integration. We can plan and analyse the audience and segments in depth, where we see the power of well-integrated email automation capabilities and more.
Klaviyo simply has more features, better integrations and better a/b testing and reporting. Klaviyo is the dominant market player and it’s hard to run an e-commerce business if you don’t have a tool at Klaviyo’s level. The other tools also were a bit harder to navigate as well …
Shopify's built in options are just not enough. It can do the basic "Here's you order" or "Status update". But you can't control nearly enough emails at scale with just the usage of Shopify's built in options.
Disaster save your money there are other options out there. We were never able to get off the ground. Due to them being so unflexible, we did not implement anything.
Springbot's account management team is excellent to work with - they understand my business and my goals, and partner with me to achieve on those growth goals - from traffic, to subscribers and revenue.
We were choosing between a few different options when considering a new email marketing program. Previously we were using Constant Contact, but wanted a program that offered more. We looked into Klaviyo as well, but after comparing the two we decided to go with Springbot as …
We are looking at using Tealium to segment our customers now, something we had hoped Springbot would allow us to do. Tealium allows us to segment and send to any channel and any ESP. Springbot would allow us to create segments based on a few demographic, product and purchase …
For us, the ability to apply properties and segment users as we do has been the biggest boon to our marketing endeavors. We use hundreds of properties to ensure customers receive truly tailored content. Being able to build that out with the Klaviyo x WooCommerce integration and Klaviyo's APIs was a major differentiator for us as our business grew.
If you have a small marketing team with a small budget and you use Mailchimp & Adroll, Springbot might work for you. Otherwise, there are other more robust tools out there to accomplish the same goals. They need to work on more integrations with other ESPs and retargeting providers. And they need to work on making sure the data being sent to their customers is accurate.
I have Integrated Klaviyo with my Website and with salesforce which works simultaneously. This integration is happened very easily as In klaviyo we have flows through which we can do automations and set webhook integration with no code activity.
Klaviyo helps me to measure the success of email campaigns.
Klaviyo helps me to automate the manual tasks with the helps Flows in it which is very easy to use as it has a very easy to understand user interface and no coding reuired.
One of the things that impressed me the most early on was their dedication to email deliverability and growing my "engaged" list of customers. Through this, they taught me the value of quality subscribers vs. quantity of subscribers, while still sharing new ways to grow my email list in a healthy and sustainable manner. For so long, my main focus was always having the biggest email list - and while that's good to have a lot of subscribers, the most important thing is to make sure they are ENGAGED with your brand. So together we've come up with fun ways to do that, and we've seen that reflected in our list growth and open rate.
One of the other things I was looking to do when I partnered with Springbot was to increase my site traffic. The original sales rep had a few recommendations on how we could do this, and our team was most excited about their Facebook Services offering. We were paired with a Facebook expert who did a discovery call with us, and then presented a strategic plan for us to follow for the first 90 days, until we could fully optimize. Their Facebook team narrowed down my target audience and has helped strategically grow my site traffic.
Finally, and maybe the part that I value the most, is the partnership that I've developed with Springbot. Out of the gate, there is absolutely work to do to get things set up and they don't sugar coat that. While much of the onboarding was smooth - we had a few obstacles to work through, and I'm thankful my Success Manager kept me up to date as we resolved anything that came up, and was proactive with her outreach and recommendations to get the most out of the platform. I find myself learning something new each time I chat with her, whether it be optimizations to my automations, new marketing ideas, or ways to increase engagement as I go into the holidays.
After being with them for a year, I feel this is more than a vendor + customer relationship, and think of it as a strategic and valuable partnership.
When used in Chrome, it affect all tabs and reload it, which increases data downloaded with tool on, and will impact on costs.
Some features are useless to developers, like clean cookies and set device type, they should have different versions for professionals and regular users.
Needs more visible critical notifications as we once exceeded our monthly email limit right during the Black Friday campaign. The notification was not visible enough for us to catch it on time, as a result, some emails scheduled to be sent over the weekend were never sent
Better library of dynamic values available for use inside emails
Klaviyo is simply a great solution for e-com email marketing & customer relationship management:
User journey visibility: We can see our clients' customers on their individual user journeys (open email, site visits) to better understand and accommodate your customers.
Flow automation: Creating automated emails that follow up with new leads, those who abandoned carts, purchased.
Email design: So easy to use, and more friendly than some other visual builders that we've used.
Metrics visibility: We can see our clients' metrics very easily and adjust efforts accordingly.
It's a decent platform with a user friendly interface, however it massively misses trust due to unsecured systems and support from customer service; support is a massive problem if you run a company and have a problem with the service that you can't fix. On the other side of the line, in our experience, there is no support or understanding which we haven't encountered with any other company we have done business online in the last decade.
I think Springbot is pretty user-friendly overall. The only down-side is that the website is often updated, leaving the customer to hunt certain features down that are now in a different spot. So I think it would be helpful if every so often they sent an email that let customers know what changes were made and where to access everything
Their support is always quick and we have recurring meetings with our advisor. they were great when we first started at walking us through the platform and helping us understand how to do the overall setup. They also have a wide variety of articles that cover must issues in a very clear manner that will get you out of a predicament really fast.
They only cared about referencing the user agreement to get out of any common sense discussion I tried to have. They have one goal take your money and don't care if the system is working for you or not.
Don't cut corners, do it right the first time, if you take your time to build everything the way you want it then it will run itself. The platform will help you increase revenue as long as you use the tools it provides. Don't be scared to ask questions, the support team will help you get to the next level
Klaviyo is the known industry standard. It easily integrates with Shopify and Google Analytics. This helps us to track conversions more easily and with greater accuracy. Although other products can integrate and offer pretty much the same service, we decided to move forward with Klaviyo because of the tools and offerings they provide.
We were choosing between a few different options when considering a new email marketing program. Previously we were using Constant Contact, but wanted a program that offered more. We looked into Klaviyo as well, but after comparing the two we decided to go with Springbot as they offered a wide variety of insights and had wonderful customer service.
Klaviyo brought our email channel to the top performing channel over Paid Ads several times (according to G Analytics), before Klaviyo Paid Ads were always top and the email channel struggled to even stay in 2nd place.
Klaviyo did cost quite a bit more than our old email platform but the ROI was much higher so it paid for itself.
Klaviyo implemented tools that allowed us to have a higher customer satisfaction with things like letting customers choose to receive less emails instead of unsubscribing.
