As we roll out new products or services, the learning and coaching platforms are key. They allow us to teach the team the content and then coach them as they video record their delivery of the content to a "client." This allows us to see how much they've absorbed and helps us to redirect them when needed.

At the moment, I think it's the best one out there. It's also integrated with our system well. We have Five9 for our dialer that's already connected through Salesforce so having Five9 Agent Assist is a huge plus compared to getting another AI overview. It's also good with providing summary and providing suggestions.

  • We have yet to discover something about the system we don't like.
  • If hard-pressed to find a flaw, it would be that whomever authors content, the content is tied to that individual; however, Allego has the capability to "reassign" content to a different author when needed.

  • too many options being recommended reducing confidence on or providing confusion
  • not providing links to allow agents to double check or verify the information

previosuly some required tasks are missed by the agents. But once we implemented this, we are making sure agents are completing all of them. We are also able to send nudges as well and show them all related helpful knowlede center articles to guide them in the conversation. Based on the words and questions they are asking,we are showing the relatedarticles which is a game changer for us

I was not personally involved in the purchase of Allego, but came to the organization shortly after. I would say that Allego stacks up to both Gong and Litmos pretty well with a few differences. Gong is a little more robust when it comes to the functionality of call intelligence and coaching and has a little more to offer when it comes to syncing up to Salesforce. But doesn't have the content storage or LMS capability. Litmos has the badging capability that Allego does not, but it didn't have the CI and content storage like Allego does

Gong AI tends to providing a vague summary of the call and can also mistake what the concern is. So far, Five9 Agent Assist is more accurate on analyzing what happened on the call and what the next step is.

  • We use it as a CRM for our customer interactions. This tool allows us to manage our customers efficiently.
  • We call through the software, and calls are automatically captured along with the call records and captured as tasks completed.
  • We use call coaching from the recorded calls to enable our team to improve further.
  • Data upload of the past customer records are very cumbersome.
  • UI is not in the same level as the market leaders like Salesforce etc,
