ApplicantStack is an excellent tool for managing applicants and recruitment efforts. It allows multiple users to access data and stay informed of the status of recruitment projects.
The ability to do a Boolean Search through an integarted search is one of the best feature available in Ceipal. You can have resumes from different job portal under one search and in one page. Searching resumes is the backbone of recruitment but sometimes it gives result which are not relavant to the search making it difficult to filter the resumes.
I would like to see domain or industry search option where we can source particular domain experience.
Would like to see an option where I can specify a skill with years of experience and how recently - Ex:- Java with 5 years experience and last use in 2020.
CEIPAL is very easy to understand and use. It has all the features staffing personnel would want to use at work. It is customisable. In some aspects it decreases the time and makes work easy. We can communicate with everyone in the organization using CEIPAL. It is user friendly. We can use it from anywhere.
ApplicantStack support is outstanding. Any issue that I have ever encountered is handled within a day by their support team. There are very rarely issues that come up, and they typically stem from a user error, but the ApplicantStack team is always ready to help and solve the issues that arise.
because I'm using currently , i solved a lot of difficult requirements easily with the help of ceipal, recruiter can work with a positive vibe by using ceipal as it is a friendly user , jobs can be posted , the migrated profiles will go to the database directly , after submitting the candidates , we will get a ceipal notification that we submitted a candidate
Applicantstack offered a high level of customization for us, at a price point their competitors couldn't touch. While it's got some room for improvement in reporting, we've been able to fill every gap with custom programming at an incredibly reasonable rate.
CEIPAL is a fully scalable ATS that helps to identify the job openings, source candidates, screen candidates and then place & onboard them. It is designed in a better way to provide value. In CEIPAL, we have fewer duplicate candidates but in JobDiva there are lots of duplicate candidates. JobDiva needs to merge or delete duplicate resumes.
We want to see more applications. Most months, it would be impractical to have all those papers on our recruiter's desk. I cannot imagine going back to paper after using ApplicantStack.
