Overall Satisfaction with ApplicantStack, from SwipeClock

We have been using ApplicantStack for many years. It is a great tracking system for applicants to multiple jobs. It allows us to post jobs out to many different sites in one platform and be able to track those candidates in a single dashboard. It is a simple to use with a lot of tools within it to help keep the flow of applicants up to date and easily accessible.

ApplicantStack is great when you have jobs that need to be posted to multiple sites but need one place to track them all. It has a lot of features within the program to help with workflows, documents, messaging and reporting. The amount of customization is wonderful and you can get almost every aspect of the program customized to your needs. ApplicantStack has saved us countless hours of work over the years we have used it.

ApplicantStack support is outstanding. Any issue that I have ever encountered is handled within a day by their support team. There are very rarely issues that come up, and they typically stem from a user error, but the ApplicantStack team is always ready to help and solve the issues that arise.

No, I did not. I wasn't even sure it was offered. Everything I have contacted support about, they treat me like a VIP anyways.
Jeff at ApplicantStack is always there to help. I have reached out to him on a number of occasions in the past, and he is always very prompt in replying on how to fix the issue or how the support team would handle the issue. I never have to ask more than once, and the team at ApplicantStack is outstanding when it comes to solving my issues.
