For people dealing with a high volume of clients and are heavily reliant on meetings. For someone who is not dealing with much traffic, it is easier to keep tabs on their schedule and stay on top of their appointments, so Apptoto will be just a luxury. However, make sure to keep a backup source as well, for example, a mobile calendar.

It is good for office use for keeping track of meetings and various important events. It is very nice to share a calendar with the whole team and the whole team has access to it, everyone can modify and update events. Furthermore, it is less appropriate when you use it on mobile, and it also cannot record the meetings.

It is comparatively cheaper than Schedulicity and provides more value for money in that regard, it is better for a higher volume of users working in an organization. Apptoto provides better customer service and faster resolution to issues that may arise during the use of the product in a new and unfamiliar organization.

Zoho Calendar also provides you to make it more creative by changing the themes. Event reminders are also available on Zoho Calendar, so we can be reminded either via email or through a pop-up about appointments, dates, milestones, and events. Reminders can pop up as early as 30 days before an event.
