CiraSync is well suited to syncing company contacts into the Outlook user's mailbox. This could allow for calling with an IP phone, or from a cell phone. It's also well suited to syncing Calendars and Notes into the Outlook user's mailbox, where they do not already have permission on the calendar. However, to avoid confusion it is better not to duplicate calendars when the user can see them from Outlook.

  • Manage big databases. We have a large database of contacts and partners (more than 5,000 contacts), which are updated day by day, as a result of our participation in conferences, webinars, etc. For this reason, we needed a platform that would allow us to always have our database up to date, and accessible and editable by any member of the company.
  • Pipelines. Pipelines are very necessary in our daily lives, since we present many service proposals to different clients, and until now we control the status very manually. With Bigin by Zoho CRM, we can have all this information centralized in a single place, and know at all times the status of the service proposals we present (sent, pending decision, lost, won...).
  • Product definition. The product definition block has allowed us to further structure our typologies of products and services. At least, it has allowed us to reflect on them and what is the best way to package the service offered.
  • Control panel. The control panel has been very useful for us to be able to quickly see the main indicators (offers presented, next actions to be taken, etc.).

  • Share important information with your staff consistently, easily and quickly. Regardless of their geographic location.
  • Friendly, easy to use user interface that makes managing complex rules of which information you want sent to subsets of people very easy to manage.
  • A very responsive support team. They get back to you quickly and you typically have a solution or answer in one iteration.

An application that offers you simplicity in use and does not burden you with useless functions or buttons but at the same time gives you the flexibility you need. It is much more user-friendly than HubSpot and the technical support is at the level of excellence. There is even a function through which you can record your monitor. O aplicatie care iti ofera simplitate in folosire si nu te incarca cu functii sau butoane nefolositoare dar in acelasi timp iti ofera flexibilitatea de care ai nevoie.Este cu mult mai prietenos cu utilizatorii decat HubSpot iar suportul tehnic este la nivel de excelenta. Exista chiar si o functie prin care iti poti inregistra monitorul.

The support is all international and it takes a while to get support as you have to go through chats and set up times, not as easy to just call and get the support you need. They are very nice when you do finally connect with someone and they are knowledgeable, just challenging being international sometimes.

The price is much more attractive than equivalent tools. Pipe drive is as good, but the cost is a big factor when you are a small company, especially at the beginning. So that is why we chose BIgin, and we are delighted with it. With five members, it saves a few hundreds of euros a year.

We tried 4Team Sync2 Cloud and also itrezzo. While we were not able to justify installing a server, installing a cloud app from the Microsoft store was easy and fit our business needs.

  • It is difficult to capture specific dollar based ROI in this circumstance. Anecdotally, when it is 3 a.m. and I get an urgent call about an emergent issue at a remote location -- at my fingertips and the fingertips of everyone I work with are the names and phones numbers of our important contacts, site codes that we need to relay to emergency services, and other important information. I don't waste time searching for a piece of paper. I don't worry whether the next person I'm calling has a different site code or phone number. The data is readily available and consistent with all employees.
