Overall Satisfaction with Bigin by Zoho CRM

Bigin by Zoho CRM offers a comprehensive CRM solution at an affordable price. Easy to implement. Additionally, if you need more features, you can easily migrate to Zoho CRM. In my opinion, this a recommended solution for small and medium-sized businesses. We use Bigin by Zoho CRM to manage our big contacts database, as well as to control all the business opportunities centrally. In our company (1-10 workers), until now we controlled the tenders we submitted manually, but as we have grown, it was impossible to maintain that way of working. For that reason, we chose to try Bigin by Zoho CRM, and we are very pleased with the change.
  • Manage big databases. We have a large database of contacts and partners (more than 5,000 contacts), which are updated day by day, as a result of our participation in conferences, webinars, etc. For this reason, we needed a platform that would allow us to always have our database up to date, and accessible and editable by any member of the company.
  • Pipelines. Pipelines are very necessary in our daily lives, since we present many service proposals to different clients, and until now we control the status very manually. With Bigin by Zoho CRM, we can have all this information centralized in a single place, and know at all times the status of the service proposals we present (sent, pending decision, lost, won...).
  • Product definition. The product definition block has allowed us to further structure our typologies of products and services. At least, it has allowed us to reflect on them and what is the best way to package the service offered.
  • Control panel. The control panel has been very useful for us to be able to quickly see the main indicators (offers presented, next actions to be taken, etc.).
  • Integration with additional social networks (LinkedIn). We believe that it would be very useful if Bigin by Zoho CRM could integrate in the short-medium term with platforms such as LinkedIn, which is one of the ones we use the most daily to reach our clients. Therefore, it would be an aspect to improve.
  • Reaching more possible customers quickly and with less effort. The fact of being able to automate sending to our contact database, which has previously been tagged and categorized, has allowed us to send information in a more agile way (previously we simply used Outlook, without any type of automation).
  • Automatically consulting all the email history you have with any of the contacts has allowed us to be more efficient and avoid duplication in communications.
  • The process of implementing and integrating Bigin in our company, although it was not difficult, we found some difficulties to synchronize the database loaded in Bigin by Zoho CRM with our Office365 account.
Our needs were basically two: to keep track of our offers and to be able to send emails in a more automated and massive way. Considering these two needs, we evaluate several platforms (Mailchimp, Monday, ZohoCRM...). All of them met our needs, but Bigin by Zoho CRM was clearly the most economical. Furthermore, in our case we already use other applications in the Zoho suite (Zoho Backstage and Zoho Campaigns), therefore we are already familiar with the environment.

Bigin by Zoho CRM is suitable for medium-size or small-size companies. In our case, being a small company, all the functions that Bigin by Zoho CRM offers are more than enough. If in the future we need features that are not currently covered by the platform, we will evaluate the possibility of migrating to Zoho CRM. But for the moment (until now we had never used a CRM), everything that Bigin by Zoho CRM offers us fits our needs perfectly. Perhaps for other very large companies, Bigin by Zoho CRM surely does not cover all needs, although I couldn't give examples.
