Color code makes it very simple as per severity. We receive the heartbeat alert every hour that shows the system is running up and fine. We have black, red, yellow, and orange color alerts that show the critical, urgent, major, and minor incidents. Read full review Cons The ability to monitor the Catchpoint nodes with the ability to setup a take a recovery action based on specific criteria The ability to tell us when we are at X% capacity so that we better plan or budget for increasing the "capacity" of the Catchpoint nodes before we get to an overloaded state. The capacity utilization graph is not a reliable indicator for this metric. How can the capacity utilization rate get above 100%, it does not make sense Read full review Sometimes color differences of the incidents as per the criticality . We don't receive the heartbeat alerts sometimes. If the tool is down and we don't receive the alerts on the console we wait for the heartbeat alert and it makes some extra delay in resolving things. Read full review Usability It's hard to find the functionalities that I am looking for in the application. Even if I did something in the past, after a time I have to re-learn again where the functionalities are. This is a powerful tool, but not user-friendly. Texts in the buttons and menus are not always meaningful or easily comprehensible.
Read full review Support Rating Thanks to the CP support, they are usually willing to provide support. They are knowledgeable, patient, and friendly. Overall, support, especially the live chat support, is good. But whenever a request needs to be escalated to the engineering team, it almost always takes a long time, even if it seems not that hard, e.g., getting some statistics from back servers.
