50 - The primary users are from Devops, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), Cloud support team, Application Monitoring team, who use catchpoint for Monitor uptime, response time, DNS, Track network health and performance of critical services. A few users are from QA and product support also use catchpoint for end to end performance validations.
6 - We have dedicated team of 6 engineers within the SRE and Devops teams who are responsible to manage catchpoint test nodes , integration and alert automation. Also maintain and optimize Catchpoint checks configuration, alert tuning and monitoring. They have SRE / DevOps expertise , Monitoring and observability knowledge, API and scripting proficiency, Incident management, Strong troubleshooting and performance analysis.
