Likelihood to Recommend Well-suited: In a B2B set up - Post achieving some scale and having outgrown Google Sheets/ Excels. Won't add much value if you are dealing with fewer than 400-500 invoices a year. We haven't explored their B2C subscription management side - but that is one of the key strengths of the platform. Read full review DealHub is great for making quick quotes on the fly and allows for the ability to draft proposals before going through a deeper internal review process. I love how DealHub auto-updates Salesforce as well, so I don't have to go back and update areas on the opportunity record twice. DealHub also reduces error significantly since it intelligently knows our products and the differentiators that have been set up by our admins.
Read full review Pros Reliable: We've had virtually no issues since launch. Care about customers: Chargebee's account managers/support team have always been very helpful/responsive. Feature-rich: Chargebee has a ton of features that help us do what we want and they are consistently adding new features every quarter. Read full review DealHub efficiently tabulates all the pricing into one clean document. DealHub allows us to submit for approvals quickly and efficiently, without having to send an email. I know very easily what my Term and Discount thresholds are, so I can move quickly. DealHub syncs automatically with our Salesforce instance, reducing any duplicative areas that need to be updated. Read full review Cons It wasn't allowing us to add a one time purchase without making it an ongoing subscription with only one payment. They may have fixed it very recently but that was a big pain from a reporting perspective (it was including one time purchasers as subscribers) Email automation is not very robust. Difficult to customize triggers by subscription, you have to send the same message to all subscribers for a specific action Wish it had a way to write off and cancel the subscription of customers who haven't updated their cc info. That can be a long painful and very manual process. And if that feature is available somewhere they don't do a good job of making that clear. Read full review Nothing too specific here since this is the first CPQ tool I've used; maybe the training around how the actual DealRoom presents to a customer would have been helpful, but I operate more in an old-school way and like to send my contracts directly to the people I'm working with via email or DocuSign... the whole DealRoom thing scares me a little. Read full review Usability It's very easy to use once you know what you're doing. I found it very straight forward once I got the hang of things and was able to create plans easily for my business. I was also able to just charge my clients right away easily. Refunding was also easy when needed.
Read full review It's still a bit complex in areas, and I'd love to see more robust documentation, but the support team is awesome in helping us work through anything I might get tripped up on.
Read full review Support Rating Chargebee is simple to use, and we have had little need for support.
Read full review I personally haven't had to reach out directly to the DealHub team, but they did a great job enabling our director of RevOps, who is basically our one-stop shop for all DealHub related questions. We've never had a question (in my experience) that needed to be raised to the actual DH support team.

Read full review We had the basic quoting functionality within Salesforce but were quickly outgrowing that as our deals grew in size, structure and complexity. The primary competitor we evaluated against Valooto was SteelBrick and we chose Valooto due to the promised faster implementation, lower cost and it being a more streamlined solution.
Read full review Return on Investment It was a step in the right direction compared to ReCharge It had negative impacts on our revenue before we had our developers put some work into improving its capabilities with our website and software Now, we are seeing some positive results (after some costly updating from our end) Read full review allows reps to sell more, quoting is less time consuming with DealHub.io reporting revenue bookings is done in Salesforce now, instead of excel files Read full review ScreenShots
